1. General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between 555h ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who registers or uses the platform ("User", "you"). 555h is an online gaming and entertainment platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh.

• Creating an account using a false identity or in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details private and secure.

3. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the 555h platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The same minimum deposit amount applies for each method.

When depositing funds into your account, you must ensure that you are using only a payment method that belongs to you. Transactions made using a third party's payment account or card may be cancelled.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
• If a bonus is active, withdrawal is not permitted until the associated wagering requirement has been met.
• 555h reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

555h offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means you must place bets totalling 10 times the deposit amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳10,000 in wagers before withdrawal. It is possible to withdraw only your own deposited funds without meeting the bonus terms, but in that case the bonus will be forfeited.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• A bonus earned from one promotion cannot be combined with another offer unless explicitly stated.
• 555h reserves the right to forfeit a bonus if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• Conditions on the use of bonuses in specific games or sections may apply — please refer to the details of each offer.
• A bonus may not be claimed more than once from the same household or the same IP address.

5. VIP Program and Rewards

The 555h VIP program has three tiers. Users advance to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity and loyalty to the platform.

• Bronze Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

VIP tier benefits may be changed at the discretion of 555h. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the specific account.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

555h is committed to ensuring a fair play environment. All games on the platform are operated through third-party technology providers and game outcomes are entirely random (based on a Random Number Generator, or RNG).

Prohibited Conduct

• Operating games using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Creating an artificial advantage through two or more accounts (collusion).
• Systematically placing minimum-risk bets to fulfil bonus terms ("bonus abuse").
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• 555h reserves the right to void winnings that result from unexpected technical issues.

Gaming Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding any gaming outcome, you must notify the 555h support team within 72 hours via live chat or email. In the event of a dispute, server logs will be considered as final evidence.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

Account Closure by 555h

555h reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Registering with false information.
• Failure to meet the age requirement.

Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Please contact the support team via live chat or email to make the request. Any legitimate balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to bonus terms).
